Summer is just around the corner and a heatwave might be looming, but autumn—and with it, the Halloween Festival at Disneyland Paris—is not all that far away. In just three months, the most colorful season returns to Disneyland Park. Slowly, we’re starting to see a few small updates on the official Disneyland Paris website related to the event, although the information remains quite limited.
So far, there don’t seem to be many new additions. The classic offerings are back: the Disney villains and the Halloween parade, both staples of the season. As of now, there’s no mention of a new show on the recently renovated Castle Stage, though one could still be announced later. There are also no signs of a return for the Halloween drone show that debuted last year.
So, what do we know? Unfortunately, not much yet. But if we look closely at the updated visuals and information on the Disneyland Paris site, we can pick up on a few hints.
First, a visual teases new Halloween snacks, primarily themed shortbreads. But what really stands out is the Stitch popcorn bucket, which originates from the American Disney parks. It’s likely that the Halloween snack range will be expanded closer to the season, but it’s too early to say for sure.

Second, when it comes to Halloween merchandise—which in recent years has become more extensive than it used to be—we can probably expect a strong influence from the U.S. collections, possibly even items that will appear on the Disney Store. One of the visuals already shows a Halloween-themed headband.

Third, alongside various Disney characters and villains, Jack & Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas will once again be available for meet-and-greets, most likely near Phantom Manor as usual. Interestingly, the visual used doesn’t show the character version from previous years. This suggests that we might be seeing the newly updated Jack Skellington, which was recently announced for the U.S. parks, make his debut in Paris.

Fourth—and finally—it looks like there will once again be no Halloween Soirée this year. This event was discontinued a few years ago and hasn’t returned since. One possible reason might be the limited capacity of Walt Disney Studios Park due to ongoing construction, which could make it difficult to accommodate guests who wouldn’t be able to enter Disneyland Park during a special ticketed event. So who knows—maybe we’ll see its return next year.

This is, for now, what we can gather from the updated information shared by Disneyland Paris. At first glance, it all looks rather modest—the Halloween Festival hasn’t quite returned to the level it once had. Hopefully, more details and additions to the program will be announced in the coming weeks. One can only hope for extras like live music bands or perhaps a new show on the renovated Royal Castle Stage.
