After 2 years, the full Peter Pan parade float is back in Disney Stars on Parade.
At the beginning of 2023, the second half of the parade float disappeared, and only the front part of Skull Rock remained. As a result, Peter Pan had to walk along the parade route with Wendy and the Lost Boys.
After the Christmas season, in early 2025, Disney Stars on Parade returned. For the first few days, the parade ran without the Peter Pan unit. Shortly after, only Skull Rock returned. Since March 1, 2025, the full parade float has been back on display.
Disneyland Paris has not provided any information on why it took so long to restore the parade float.
The Peter Pan parade float originally comes from Tokyo Disneyland, where it was part of the Jubilation Parade. The Lion King parade float in Disney Stars on Parade also originates from Tokyo Disneyland.
Disney Stars on Parade in Disneyland Paris
Disney Stars on Parade is a magical and colorful parade in Disneyland Park, first introduced on March 26, 2017, to celebrate the resort’s 25th anniversary. The parade replaced the previous “Disney Magic on Parade” and brought a refreshed and modern version of the traditional Disney parades, featuring impressive floats, costumes, and a specially composed soundtrack.
The parade takes visitors on a journey through imagination, with eight different scenes, each depicting a unique Disney theme. From the opening float featuring Mickey, Minnie, and their friends to the epic Maleficent in her terrifying dragon form, each float brings a unique story to life. Popular characters like Elsa and Anna from Frozen, Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, and Simba from The Lion King make appearances along the way, while dancers and special effects create an enchanting show.
The parade is held daily (except during the Christmas season), with showtimes available in the official Disneyland Paris app. A reserved viewing area is available in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle for this parade, for a fee.
