Get ready for a dazzling experience! A Million Splashes of Colour will be back in February 2026 until September 6, 2026.
A Million Splashes of Colour was a vibrant and energetic daytime parade that debuted at Disneyland Paris on February 10, 2024, as part of the Disney Symphony of Colours festival. This colorful show featured three spectacular floats, professional dancers, and beloved Disney and Pixar characters, including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Joy from Inside Out, Timon from The Lion King, Moana, Mirabel from Encanto, Stitch, and Asha. The design of the floats was inspired by elements of painting and creativity, with oversized paintbrushes, paint pots, and thematic labels that reflected the personalities of the characters aboard.
The musical score was an engaging blend of two original compositions — “The Future’s Starting Right Now” and “Un million d’histoires” — complemented by popular Disney and Pixar songs such as “The Bare Necessities,” “We Don’t Talk About Bruno,” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.” The parade route culminated in a dynamic dance performance at the Central Plaza in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, after which the procession continued along Main Street, U.S.A., concluding at Town Square. The show was performed multiple times daily.
A Million Splashes of Colour concluded its run on September 30, 2024, after approximately eight months of performances. While the reasons for its temporary discontinuation were not officially detailed, it was noted within the community that the show was not scheduled to continue into 2025 due to the Disney Music Festival.
Most notably, Disneyland Paris has officially confirmed that A Million Splashes of Colour will return in February 2026 until September 6, 2026. While further details regarding the show’s schedule, cast, and any updates to its presentation have not yet been released.
It is interesting that Disneyland Paris has not decided to bring back the more popular show “Dream… And Shine Brighter,” which was a bit more beloved by the fan community.
