Another Renovation Begins in Fantasyland – This Time at Fantasyland Station
The renovation of Au Chalet au Marionnette has just been completed, and now another project is starting in Fantasyland. This time, work is beginning on the Fantasyland Station, located behind the Meet Mickey building.
During the Chalet au Marionnette renovation, the main focus was repairing the roof. Many buildings in Fantasyland have old and damaged roofs. In recent years, Sir Mickey’s Boutique and La Confiserie des Trois Fées also received similar roof repairs. Now, scaffolding is going up around Fantasyland Station as work begins there too.

Fantasyland Station hasn’t been open to guests very often. Due to budget cuts, it became too expensive to run all four Disneyland Railroad stations. That’s why only the Main Street and Frontierland stations are still in use.
This building is also home to the popular Meet Mickey Mouse location. It’s not yet clear if this renovation will affect the Mickey meet and greet. Since it was added to the virtual queue system, it no longer shows up on the calendar for attraction closures.

Interestingly, the Disneyland Paris app says the photo shop at Meet Mickey will be closed starting September 8, 2025. Usually, when the photo shop is closed, the meet and greet is also unavailable.
