Visitors to the Walt Disney Studios Park should be aware of a significant change to the park’s layout that may impact their morning strategy—especially those planning to rope drop Crush’s Coaster.

As part of the park’s large-scale transformation into Disney Adventure World, a major central walkway has been temporarily closed off to guests. The closure affects nearly the entire plaza area in front of the Animagique Theater, a key junction that typically connects various parts of the park.

Currently, the only way to reach Flying Carpets Over Agrabah is via a narrow path that runs alongside the entrance to the Animagique Theater. Meanwhile, guests hoping to visit other popular attractions such as Crush’s Coaster or Cars Quatre Roues Rallye must now take a longer and less direct route.

To reach these attractions, visitors need to walk through the former Hollywood Boulevard area and then follow the path behind the Animation Celebration building. This leads to Toy Story Playland, where a right turn takes guests toward Crush’s Coaster.
This detour has caused confusion among many guests—especially during Extra Magic Time in the early morning. Hoping to beat the crowds, guests often rush straight toward the closed Animagique path out of habit, only to discover it’s blocked off. The result: valuable time lost as they are forced to backtrack and take the alternate route.

Tip for Upcoming Visits:
If you’re visiting Disneyland Paris soon and the Walt Disney Studios Park and plan to start your day with a quick ride on Crush’s Coaster, make sure to follow the updated pathway through the Hollywood Boulevard area instead of heading directly past Animagique Theater.
