Entertainment teams are currently hard at work preparing for the return of the nighttime show Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics on October 25, 2025 in the Marvel Avengers Campus at Walt Disney Studios Park.
As part of the preparations, lighting equipment has been reinstalled on the rooftops of the Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure attraction and the Mission Equipment store.
During the summer, this rooftop was used for the stunt show Avengers Unite!, where Black Widow and Black Panther teamed up to battle Taskmaster.
For the winter season, a different show was introduced last year, featuring Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) as they joined forces to take on Agatha Harkness. The nighttime performance was enhanced with stunning lighting effects, pyrotechnics, and projections. The projectors used for this show have now returned to the area.
Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics runs for about 13 minutes and typically featured two performances per night during its previous run. While the show is relatively small, with only three live performers, it brings a unique and magical atmosphere to the area. It’s also a rare chance to see Agatha Harkness, who doesn’t often appear in Avengers Campus. Doctor Strange and Wanda have been spotted more regularly, including at the Hero Training Center meet & greet location.
The show is set to return on October 25, 2025, though an end date has not yet been announced.
