Over in Disney Village, work is still in full swing as crews continue transforming the entire entertainment district. A small part of the new vision has already come to life earlier this year with the openings of Disney Style, Disney Glamour, Deco by Disney, and the LEGO Store.

Now, Disney is putting the finishing touches on the Sports Bar, which has been closed since last year for a full reimagining. When it reopens, the bar will feature a fresh, modern look and a more Disney-inspired exterior, complete with new themed artwork.
Goofy and Baymax
One of the new pieces of artwork has already been installed outside the Sports Bar, a playful design featuring Footballer Goofy, just like the one seen on the concept art and the construction fences around Disney Village.

That’s not all: next to the Disney Glamour shop, another brand-new artwork has appeared, this time featuring Baymax from Big Hero 6. In this design, Baymax is shown as a tennis player.

Reopening Soon
The Sports Bar is currently scheduled to reopen on November 22, 2025, although it’s still uncertain whether Disney will meet that exact date. Once the bar is back in action, attention will shift to the Disney Store, which is next in line for its own transformation into the brand-new Disney Wonders shop.
