Disney has officially confirmed that the brand-new McDonald’s currently under construction in Disney Village will open in early 2026.

An exact date hasn’t been shared yet, but progress has been moving incredibly fast. This may be one of the quickest construction projects we’ve seen at Disneyland Paris this year. Throughout the build, the existing McDonald’s has stayed open for guests. That restaurant first opened in 1999 and will close once the new location welcomes guests. The old building is expected to be demolished afterward.
This update comes as part of Disney Village’s ongoing transformation. In the same press announcement, Disney revealed more news around the shopping district, including the reopening of the Sports Bar & Lounge on November 22, the upcoming refurbishment of Annette’s Diner, and the closure of the Disney Store to become Disney Wonders.

The upcoming McDonald’s will be the largest McDonald’s in France and has been designed especially for Disneyland Paris. Guests can expect a fresh, modern look with plenty of greenery, unique architecture created just for the resort, and bright spaces both indoors and outdoors.
The restaurant will include playful nods to Disneyland Paris, plus new innovations and services that will make dining even more convenient for families and visitors.
