During a special invite-only event today—one that we were also fortunate to attend—Disneyland Paris officially revealed the long-awaited opening date for World of Frozen. The announcement was made in spectacular fashion: a fleet of illuminated drones soared above Arendelle, forming letters and numbers in the night sky to unveil the date.
World of Frozen will officially open to the public on March 29, 2026.
This milestone day will mark more than just the debut of a new themed land. On the same date, the Walt Disney Studios Park will be officially renamed Disney Adventure World, celebrating the transformation of the park and the opening of its fully reimagined new areas.

What to Expect in World of Frozen
The new land will invite guests directly into the kingdom of Arendelle with an array of immersive experiences, including:
- A headline attraction inspired by the Frozen universe
- Meet & Greet opportunities with Anna and Elsa
- Arendelle townsfolk and performers bringing the land to life
- A themed restaurant offering tastes from the kingdom
- A daytime harbor show featuring boats carrying beloved characters
- A new, ultra-realistic Olaf figure designed to look exactly as he appears in the films
More New Experiences in Disney Adventure World
March 29, 2026 will also see the grand opening of additional expansions within the newly renamed park. These include:
- A brand-new Rapunzel attraction
- Several new dining experiences
- A nightly spectacular drone show above the new lake area, adding a breathtaking finale to every visit
With these additions, Disney Adventure World is set to usher in a new era for Disneyland Paris, bringing some of Disney’s most beloved stories to life on an unprecedented scale.
