During our latest visit to Disneyland Paris, we noticed a fun new holiday detail at Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. A giant Christmas ornament themed to the Fantastic Four has been added near the large Christmas tree at the Lake Disney entrance of the hotel.
As always, the hotel continues its tradition of adding new giant ornaments each year. Groot, Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and Captain America (Sam Wilson) are all back. The lobby is also decorated again for the festive season, although the awesome atom-like disco ball decoration still hasn’t made a comeback this year.
In previous years, Disney released a smaller ornament with the same design, but we didn’t spot it in the hotel’s gift shop this time. Hopefully it returns later in the season.
The Fantastic Four in Disneyland Paris:
Last summer, Disneyland Paris celebrated the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps with special treats and drinks in Marvel Avengers Campus and the bars at the hotel. Fans could even meet The Thing for a limited time in Avengers Campus — but that appearance has now ended.
