Deadpool brings Christmas chaos to Avengers Campus

This year marks the very first time that Christmas-themed entertainment has arrived at Avengers Campus in Walt Disney Studios Park.

It is also one of the few holiday experiences available in this park for the 2025 Christmas season, as festive offerings are quite limited overall. Aside from a small amount of seasonal décor in the Front Lot and the Ratatouille area.

When the Christmas season officially launched in 2025, there were no special holiday shows announced for the park. The regular theater productions continued as usual, including the Pixar show at the STUDIO Theater and Frozen: A Musical Invitation at Animation Celebration. Mickey and the Magician also returned to the Animagique Theater on December 13, 2025.

Disney did, however, surprise guests with an unannounced festive appearance by Deadpool. The character showed up wearing a special holiday outfit, similar to his seasonal look during the holidays at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort (California).

During Deadpool’s Festive Moment, the character arrives in true Deadpool style, riding a unicorn. He stops in front of Stark Factory, bringing holiday cheer to Avengers Campus and inviting guests to sing “Vive le Vent” (the French version of Jingle Bells). As part of the moment, he also picks a guest from the audience to join the fun.

The performance we saw took place at 12:00 and was entirely in French. While Deadpool’s Festive Moment is listed in the Disneyland Paris app, no showtimes are provided. Cast Members also do not announce when Deadpool will appear, explaining that it is meant to be a surprise, which unfortunately makes it very easy to miss.

In addition to Deadpool’s daytime appearances, Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff can be seen multiple times throughout the day. In the evening, they also appear during Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics, which takes place on the rooftop of the Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure attraction. Unlike Deadpool’s appearances, showtimes for this experience are available in the Disneyland Paris app.

There is also another unannounced opportunity to see Deadpool at 17:30 near the meet and greet location next to PYM Kitchen, where he poses with guests in Selfie Spot mode.

Deadpool will be appearing daily in Avengers Campus from December 5, 2025 through January 4, 2026, making this festive and unpredictable character one of the highlights of the holiday season at Walt Disney Studios Park.
