The popular buffet restaurant Plaza Gardens at the end of Main Street in Disneyland Park will soon close for a long-term renovation.
The restaurant is currently listed as closed from March 31, 2026. From that date on, it will no longer be possible to visit Plaza Gardens for the character breakfast, the lunch buffet, or the character dinner.
It is still unclear what exactly will change at the restaurant, as Disneyland Paris has not yet provided any information about the project. It is therefore unknown whether the renovation will only involve facilities such as the kitchen, restrooms, etc., or whether changes will also be made to the interior. The exterior of the restaurant has been in need of renovation for quite some time.
During the closure of Plaza Gardens, Auberge de Cendrillon will partially take over the character breakfast, with Mickey making an appearance there. By that time, it will also be possible to book a character breakfast at the new Regal View and Lounge restaurant in Disney Adventure World.
