Disneyland Paris has started a new stage of its hotel transformation plan with major renovation work at Disney Sequoia Lodge. The goal is to improve the guest experience while keeping the cozy and natural atmosphere that visitors have loved since the hotel opened in 1992.

The first phase focuses on renovating all the rooms in the five outdoor lodges located in the hotel’s forest area. While preparation work is ongoing, the Walt Disney Imagineering Paris team has created model rooms to test the new design.

These model rooms help designers see their ideas in real life. According to artistic director Sophie Coudré, they allow the teams to check the design, adjust materials, and make final improvements before the new rooms are finished.

The redesigned rooms will highlight nature and feature Disney characters who live in the forest, such as Bambi and his friends, as well as characters from Pixar’s Brave.

After this stage, the rest of Disney Sequoia Lodge will also be updated. This includes the lobby, shops, and restaurants. The new design will celebrate wildlife and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Disney Sequoia Lodge will stay open during the renovation, with the work happening in different phases.
