With the opening of the World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World fast approaching on March 29, more than 350 Cast Members are preparing to take on their roles as villagers of Arendelle.

Selected from thousands of candidates, these Cast Members will help bring the kingdom from Disney’s Frozen to life for guests visiting Disneyland Paris. Their roles will include welcoming visitors at locations such as the Nordic Crowns Tavern, assisting guests during the Royal Encounter at Arendelle Castle, guiding them on a journey toward the Ice Palace, and helping create themed souvenirs.

To prepare for their new roles, the future villagers underwent training sessions at Disney University, where they learned about the history, traditions, and stories of Arendelle. The goal of the program was to ensure that each Cast Member can fully immerse guests in the world inspired by the adventures of Anna and Elsa.

In a special ceremony, the Cast Members officially became “villagers of Arendelle.” During the celebration, they received their name badges and crossed the bridge into the kingdom in a festive procession before gathering at the Friendship Fountain, symbolizing the bond between the two royal sisters.

The newly appointed villagers will play a key role during the opening festivities, including the Snowflower Festival, when the gates of Arendelle officially open to guests later this month. Their enthusiasm and storytelling will help transform the land into a living kingdom filled with music, traditions, and the warm hospitality of Arendelle.
