The iconic golden arches of the former McDonald’s in Disney Village are now gone. The restaurant officially closed on February 16, 2026.
Just one day later, on February 17, the brand-new McDonald’s next door opened its doors. The new location is now the largest McDonald’s in France, spread across three floors and offering around 600 seats, including 200 seats on outdoor terraces.

With the signage already removed, the iconic golden arches are now gone as well. This location originally opened in 1999. The building will eventually disappear completely, and for now Disneyland Paris has not announced any plans for what will replace it.

Disney Village Transformation Continues
The new McDonald’s is just one piece of the larger transformation happening at Disney Village. Several projects are currently underway as the area continues to evolve.
A new Italian restaurant called Casa Giulia is being built at the former location of Planet Hollywood (opening late 2026).

Meanwhile, Annette’s Diner is currently closed for a major refurbishment, and the Disney Store will soon transform into Disney Wonders, a new shop promising a bright and modern shopping experience inspired by Disney stories.
