A few weeks ago, construction walls appeared around the guest storage area located near the entrance of Disneyland Park and Salon Mickey.
The work has now been completed, and the area has been redesigned to make the process easier and more efficient for guests.
With the redesign, the layout of the guest storage service has changed slightly. The Guest Relations desk that was previously located here has been removed, and the process has been simplified.
Guests now use one single queue to drop off their luggage first, while payment is handled at the former Guest Relations windows nearby. This updated system should help make the service faster and more efficient.
An accessible queue is also available on the right side of the area.
Current Prices
The luggage storage service near Disneyland Park is available for guests who want to store bags while visiting Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World. Current prices:
- Accessories: 5€
- Small bag or backpack: €11
- Large suitcase: €15
Prices are per bag, per day.
Important Reminder
Guests should make sure to collect their belongings on time. Any personal items not retrieved within 45 minutes after park closing will be transferred to lost and found, with an additional charge of €15 per item per day.
