Planning a trip to Disneyland Paris in mid-June 2026? Then take note: Pirates of the Caribbean in Adventureland will be closed starting June 15, 2026 for refurbishment.
At the same time, Captain Jack’s – Restaurant des Pirates will also temporarily close while the attraction undergoes maintenance. The restaurant is scheduled to reopen on July 4, 2026, and it’s expected that the attraction will reopen on the same day.
However, Disney has not yet officially confirmed attraction closures for July 2026.

During our latest visit, we noticed that one of the Audio-Animatronics in the village scene was missing normally, there are two pirates on the bridge in that scene. We might see this pirate again after the temporary closure.

It’s worth noting that Pirates of the Caribbean often closes around this time of year. Last summer, it also underwent routine maintenance, including updates where several Audio-Animatronics received refreshed costumes.
What to do instead?
While Pirates of the Caribbean is closed, there’s still plenty to explore in Adventureland. You can (re)discover Adventure Isle or take a ride on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril.
If you’re planning your visit, it’s always a good idea to check which attractions might be unavailable ahead of time on the official Disneyland Paris App or website.
