With World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris now open, there’s a charming new way to send a little Disney magic back home.
For a long time, guests have been able to send letters and postcards from Main Street (Disneyland Park) and Front Lot (Disney Adventure World). But now, from within World of Frozen itself, you can buy and send special Frozen-themed postcards straight from Arendelle.
Inside the Arendelle Boutique, you’ll find three exclusive postcards, each with its own unique design. There’s a beautiful Arendelle map postcard, a purple card featuring the World of Frozen logo, and a postcard based on the Snowflower Festival poster (which you can also spot in large format at The Fjord View Shop).

Each postcard costs €5, and that price includes an international stamp, also themed around Frozen, with Anna and Elsa on it.

If you’re more of a collector, there’s also a World of Frozen postcard & stickers box set available. This set includes 16 postcards for €20, though it doesn’t come with stamps.

Once you’ve picked your favorite card, you can write your message and fill in the address, so make sure to bring a pen with you. If you visit the meet-and-greet location with Anna & Elsa, you can also ask them to sign the postcard.
The World of Frozen mailbox is conveniently located near the entrance of the Arendelle Boutique.

Mail is collected Monday to Friday at 15:00, and earlier on weekends at 13:00. As for delivery time, it depends on the destination. We tested it by sending a postcard to Belgium, and it arrived in about a week.
One thing to keep in mind: just like other World of Frozen merchandise, there are currently no discounts available on these postcards or the box set.
