The Mobile Ordering system at Disneyland Paris has finally received a long-awaited update, making it much easier for guests to activate and collect their food orders directly through the app.
Mobile Ordering, also known as Click & Collect, on the official Disneyland Paris App was first introduced around five years ago at Café Hyperion in Discoveryland and has gradually expanded to several quick-service restaurants across both Disney Parks.
With this feature, guests can scroll through the menu on their phone, select the items they want, and pay directly by credit card. Previously, once the order was placed, guests had to activate the preparation of their order through a link sent by email so Cast Members could start preparing the food for pickup at the counter without waiting in the regular queue.

Now, five years after the launch of Mobile Ordering, Disneyland Paris has finally updated the system. Guests can now activate their order directly inside the official Disneyland Paris app instead of using the old email link system.

Another major change is that restaurants using the newer self-ordering kiosk system, including Café Hyperion and The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant, no longer have a dedicated pickup counter specifically for Mobile Ordering.

To activate an order, guests need to open the Disneyland Paris app, tap on the account section in the bottom-right corner, scroll down to “My Click & Collect Orders,” and then select the restaurant where the order was placed.
A “Prepare My Order” button will appear together with the status of the order, the pickup number, and the pickup counter where guests can show the information to a Cast Member.
On the screens above the counters, Mobile Ordering pickups are now marked with an “M” next to the pickup number. A Disney account is required to use this feature.

When we tested the updated system ourselves, we noticed that selecting a specific timeslot was no longer required. It’s currently unclear whether this feature will return later.
Here’s an overview of where Mobile Ordering (Click & Collect) is currently available at Disneyland Paris:
- The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant – Disney Adventure World (self-ordering kiosk system)
- Café Hyperion – Disneyland Park (self-ordering kiosk system)
- Casa de Coco – Disneyland Park (self-ordering kiosk system starting summer 2026)
- Au Chalet de la Marionnette – Disneyland Park
- Cowboy Cookout Barbecue – Disneyland Park
- Restaurant Hakuna Matata – Disneyland Park
- Last Chance Cafe – Disneyland Park
- Casey’s Corner – Disneyland Park

If Mobile Ordering sounds a bit too complicated, guests can still use the self-ordering kiosks or simply order through the traditional cashier lines. It’s also still possible to pay with cash at all quick-service restaurants.

Overall, this update makes the five-year-old Mobile Ordering feature much easier to use. However, it’s still not quite as user-friendly as the Mobile Ordering systems found at other Disney resorts around the world. Payment options also remain fairly limited, as services like PayPal and Apple Pay are still not supported.
