Disneyland Paris will celebrate Bastille Day this year with a brand-new fireworks show on July 14, 2026.
The new show will feature 1,600 drones, making it another big nighttime spectacular for this special French national holiday.

During a recent presentation, Disneyland Paris shared some first details about the show. The new Bastille Day nighttime spectacular will follow Tinker Bell and will begin with a French-themed scene before taking guests on a journey around the world.
The show will include new pyrotechnics, 1,600 drones, a little bit of projection mapping, and even a surprise at the end.
One piece of concept art was also shown during the presentation, featuring a drone display of Princess Jasmine’s palace in the sky above Sleeping Beauty Castle. This gives us a first small look at what we can expect from the new show.

It is quite an interesting choice to use a “celebration around the world” theme for a show created for France’s national holiday of France. The previous Bastille Day fireworks show, which debuted in 2022, focused more on celebrating Bastille Day the Disney way.
That version was opened by Lumière from Beauty and the Beast and included music from several French-inspired Disney films, including The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, Ratatouille, and The Aristocats.
Since its debut in 2022, the Bastille Day show received updates with new music and new drone displays for each edition.
The brand-new 2026 show is expected to last around 12 minutes and will begin at 10:40 PM, at Disneyland Park closing time.
Because of this special Bastille Day show, Disney Tales of Magic will not be performed on July 14, 2026.
Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather conditions or technical issues, the show may be modified, postponed, or cancelled without prior notice. Drones will only appear if weather conditions allow it.
