Construction continues to move forward on Casa Giulia, the new Italian restaurant currently taking shape in Disney Village.
One of the latest decorative details has now appeared on the exterior of the building. The new “GIULIA” mural is being painted on the large brick wall, featuring different shades of green leaves that gradually form the letters of the restaurant’s name.
Casa Giulia will be operated by Bertrand Hospitality and is scheduled to open by the end of 2026. The new family-friendly Italian restaurant will be spread across two floors and will offer classic Italian dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
The location will also include Giulia Express, a separate quick-service and takeaway offering where guests will be able to grab pizzas by the slice, focaccias, Italian pastries and more.
Casa Giulia is being built at a prominent location near the entrance of Disney Village, on the former site of Planet Hollywood.
Casa Giulia is expected to welcome its first guests by the end of 2026.
The project is another major part of the ongoing transformation of Disney Village, which has already brought several new and renovated shops, restaurants and outdoor areas to the district.
The transformation will also continue nearby, as the Pathé cinema (Cinemas Gaumont), is set to undergo a major renovation. Work on the project is expected to begin later this summer, bringing another significant update to this area of Disney Village.
