Today marks the first day of D23, and Walt Disney Imagineering is already offering fans an exciting glimpse into the future!
At the Walt Disney Imagineering Pavilion, visitors can discover several models created for the future immersive world inspired by The Lion King. Among the models on display are Rafiki’s Tree, a detailed scene from the upcoming attraction, and even a ride vehicle that will take guests on this new adventure.
The display offers one of the first opportunities to get a closer look at some of the elements being developed for this highly anticipated The Lion King-themed world. While there is still much to discover about the project, these models provide an exciting preview of what Imagineers are working on behind the scenes.
