It’s almost hard to believe but the Peter Pan float, or at least the largest part of it, is once again missing from Disney Stars on Parade.
We have no idea what the problem is this time, but it is quite remarkable considering this isn’t the first time it has happened.
For two years, we only saw the first section of the Peter Pan float, the Skull Rock with Captain Hook. The second section, featuring the large moon and the swinging boat with Peter Pan, was missing.
Apparently, the float had been damaged after an incident while it was being driven backstage. Disneyland Paris decided to repair it, despite the fact that the float is already quite old. It has been part of the Disneyland Paris parade for more than 10 years, but before that, it was used at Tokyo Disneyland.
During the D23 Expo weekend, Disneyland Paris announced that a brand-new parade will not arrive until 2028. It therefore made sense to repair the float, as it was expected to continue running for several more years.
But now it’s missing again. Is it broken again? Did someone damage the float again? We have no idea… Either way, it’s once again not possible to see the complete Peter Pan float. It really feels like déjà vu. The Peter Pan float was fully back in the parade from March 2025.
