Disneyland Paris has shared a first look at the new artwork created for the renovated rooms at Disney Sequoia Lodge.
The hotel is currently undergoing a major refurbishment, with the first phase of the project beginning in early 2026. As part of this update, Walt Disney Imagineering Paris and Walt Disney Animation Studios have worked together on new exclusive artwork for the rooms.
The new pieces will reflect the updated artistic direction of Disney Sequoia Lodge, with a strong focus on nature and Disney characters connected to the forest. The first revealed artworks are inspired by the Disney classics Pocahontas and Bambi.

These artworks will be featured in the refurbished Classic Rooms, which are now available to book for stays starting February 19, 2027.

The updated rooms will introduce a brighter and more modern look, while still keeping the cosy wooden décor and forest-inspired charm that Disney Sequoia Lodge is known for. Nature will remain at the heart of the hotel’s design, with inspiration taken from the forests seen in classic Disney animated films.

The next major phase of the renovation will begin in February 2027 and will focus on the hotel’s main building. These first renovated rooms will give guests an early preview of the new look before the refurbishment continues in other parts of the hotel.
All hotel services and facilities will remain available until February 18, 2027. From February 19, some locations inside the main building, including Redwood Bar and Lounge and the hotel shop Northwest Passage, will temporarily close for renovation.
More updates about the Disney Sequoia Lodge refurbishment are expected as the project continues.
