A small but interesting change has recently appeared at Main Street Station in Disneyland Park.
The station was closed for a few days recently without any specific reason being communicated. Unlike some temporary closures later in the year, this did not appear to be linked to the installation of seasonal decorations around Town Square.
Following the closure, safety netting can now be seen around several decorative elements underneath the station’s glass canopy, in the area where Disneyland Railroad trains pass below.

For now, Disneyland Paris has not announced any major refurbishment of Main Street Station, so it remains unclear whether this is simply a temporary safety measure or the first sign of more extensive work to come.
The last major refurbishment of Main Street Station took place in 2015–2016.

Four Disneyland Railroad stations
There are four Disneyland Railroad stations around Disneyland Park: Main Street Station, Frontierland Depot, Fantasyland Station and Discoveryland Station.
In recent years, however, all four stations are generally no longer open at the same time. Main Street Station and Frontierland Depot are usually the main stations in operation, while Fantasyland or Discoveryland Station may occasionally open when another station is unavailable.
