We learned an interesting little detail about the Toy Story façade at Disney Wonders during a presentation about the transformation of Disney Village yesterday.
The presentation took place on the first floor of Brasserie Rosalie and gave us an overview of everything that has changed at Disney Village in Disneyland Paris so far. We also received a small preview of future projects, including Casa Giulia, new concept art for the South Block and a short tour inside Disney Wonders, which officially opens on September 22, 2026.

The Toy Story façade is not finished yet
One of the interesting details shared during the presentation is that the recently installed Toy Story façade at Disney Wonders is only temporary in its current form.

The façade is expected to receive another update in 2027, when it will finally match the design that was originally planned.
In concept art previously shared by Disneyland Paris, the upper part of the façade features the familiar blue sky and white clouds inspired by the Toy Story movies. Those clouds are apparently planned as a later addition.

For now, the façade will remain mostly blue, with the Toy Story artwork that has already been installed.
Not every detail is ready on opening day
This is not the first time that a Disney Village project has opened before every final detail was in place.
Similar finishing touches were added later at Disney Style and Disney Glamour, including permanent backdrops behind the checkout areas that were not yet ready when the shops first opened.
So while Disney Wonders will officially welcome its first guests on September 22, 2026, at least one part of its exterior will continue to evolve next year.
