One of the former chalets from Disney Davy Crockett Ranch at Disneyland Paris has recently appeared for auction on the Vavato website.
Prices start at €12,000, and at the time of writing, the highest bid stands at €12,500 by the third bidder. The online auction will close on January 28, 2026.
The chalets measure 10.20 m x 4.00 m and feature a central living room with an equipped kitchen, including a fridge, hob, and dishwasher. They offer a master bedroom with a shower room, towel dryer, and WC, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and two trundle beds. There is also a separate bathroom with a towel dryer, an additional separate toilet, frost protection, electric load shedding, double glazing, and reinforced insulation.
New cabins for Disney Davy Crockett Ranch
Meanwhile, Disney Davy Crockett Ranch is undergoing a full replacement of all cabins. The new cabins follow a fresh storyline inspired by the adventures of Donald, Daisy Duck and the Junior Woodchucks. The first of these new cabins opened on September 1, 2025.
The new cabins have almost exactly the same layout as the previous ones, with one notable difference. The main bedroom now includes a small walk-in closet, which replaces a toilet that was available in the old cabins.
Unfortunately, this means the new cabins now have only one toilet instead of two. While the walk-in closet is a nice addition, the loss of the second toilet has been a rather unpopular change, especially for guests sharing a cabin with friends or another family. The remaining toilet is located near the living area and is quite small.
That said, the new cabins are fresher, more modern, and overall a big upgrade compared to the older versions. A nice new feature is that cabin doors can now be opened using the official Disneyland Paris app or a MagicPass, instead of a traditional key.

For now, the old cabins are still available to book and are priced slightly lower than the new Junior Woodchucks–themed cabins. In the near future, all older cabins will be replaced, with the work taking place in several phases.
Disney Davy Crockett Ranch is located about a 10 to 15-minute drive from the Disney parks and Disney Village. Please note that there is no shuttle service to the Disney parks.
And it’s not just Davy Crockett Ranch getting a makeover. Since the beginning of the year, Disney has also started a large-scale renovation of Disney Sequoia Lodge, which will also be carried out in multiple phases.
